Looking for a preconfigured version of Drupal? UA Quickstart is just that — a Drupal distribution and install profile intended to provide a foundation for developers building Drupal-based sites.
Font License Agreement Form
The Milo font suite is made available for official use by UA employees in compliance with the University of Arizona’s font license through FontShop. Before using UA Quickstart or UA Zen, please complete the font license agreement form to help the university remain in compliance with FontShop.
What Does a UA Quickstart Site Look Like?
UA Quickstart includes UA Zen, the University of Arizona version of the Drupal Zen base theme. The theme's design will evolve and improve over time, but the latest design — with accompanying demo content — can be found at http://kitten.ltrr.arizona.edu.
What's Different from UA Bootstrap?
The UA Zen theme (included with the UA Quickstart install profile) leverages UA Bootstrap for styling of major elements. Using a nested doll analogy, UA Bootstrap fits within UA Zen which fits within the UA Quickstart install profile.
Improving UA Quickstart
Any release of UA Quickstart (including the initial 7.x-1.0-alpha1 release) is tested and ready to use. But improvements are in everyone's best interest. A team of web-focused volunteers known as UA Digital meets weekly to build and test products like UA Quickstart and UA Bootstrap.
